Education and Training
Dr. Karaboulad’s academic path is uncommon in dentistry and directly benefits his patients.
He began at Arizona State University, where he earned a degree in Biomedical Engineering. That foundation gave him a precise, analytical approach to problem-solving that he carries into every clinical decision. He then earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, one of Arizona’s leading dental programs. He also completed a certificate in Public Health from ASDOH, giving him a broader perspective on how oral health connects to overall patient well-being.

As the founder of The Real Dr. Phoenix, he built a platform connecting with professional athletes, celebrities, and influencers to promote dental health and make quality dentistry more visible and accessible.
Outside the office he stays active through basketball and regular training. He travels with his wife and spends time with family and friends throughout the Valley.
